Human Resources & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all personnel files are up to date.
• Handle attendance, leave administration, and payroll preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp requirements.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Assist in performance appraisal and probation evaluations.
• Handle employee relations and address HR-related enquiries.
• Support company policies, disciplinary matters, and HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (FMCG or manufacturing experience is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience using HR software systems (e.g., payroll, attendance, leave management, or HRIS) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to multitask.
