HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER

We are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead and oversee the HR function in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources and Administration functions.
• Provide HR business partnering support to management and key stakeholders.
• Develop and support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Handle employee relations matters, workplace investigations, grievances and disciplinary cases.
• Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage compensation and benefits matters in line with company policies and market practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations and HR policies.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Manage industrial relations matters and provide advice on employee-related issues.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and employee development opportunities.
• Provide HR reports, insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accurate and effective HR administration and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in a managerial or HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, labour law compliance and performance management.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment and industrial relations practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Regional HR exposure will be an added advantage.
