About the role

Hong Kong Yamazaki Baking Co Ltd is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based at our Tai Po Industrial Estate location in Tai Po District. As Human Resources & Administration Clerk, you will provide essential administrative and human resources support to our organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective HR processes. This position is integral to maintaining our organisational efficiency and supporting both our HR functions and general administrative needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in human resources duties such as interview arrangement, on time collection and update of attendance data, new staff orientation, etc.
• Perform receptionist duties including greeting guest and visitors in good manner, mailings and courier arrangements
• Office and Factory equipment and supplies control
• Handle document distribution, scanning & filing
• Uniforms arrangement for factory staff
• Provide clerical support to the daily operation and the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin Department

What we're looking for

• Diploma or above with minimum 1 year of working experience

• Pleasant and polite, detail-minded, able to work independently

• Strong communication skill and able to deal with staff at all levels

• Proficient in MS office, advanced user of Excel preferred

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources & Administration Assistant
