Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to manage Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Compliance, and Administration for our India operations. The role will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and office/facility administration across both manufacturing and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, Production Supervisors, Operators, Technicians, Sales Managers, Regional Sales Engineers.

· Establish HR policies, processes, and systems for India operations.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

· Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and industrial relations.

· Drive performance management, training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

· Oversee payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation.

· Manage administration, facilities, security, housekeeping, and vendor contracts for Chennai and Bangalore locations.

· Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Timely closure of approved positions.

· Annual employee attrition within target levels.

· 100% statutory compliance and timely filings.

· Zero major compliance violations or labour disputes.

· Successful implementation of performance management processes.

· Employee engagement and retention targets achieved.

· Administration and facility budgets maintained within approved limits.

Qualifications

· MBA/PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or equivalent.

· 12+ years of HR experience, including experience in manufacturing organizations.

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and industrial relations.

· Experience supporting both factory and sales/commercial teams preferred.

· Experience in setting up HR processes for a growing organization is highly desirable.
