What they need
- Process monthly payroll, claims, and related payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update payroll and HR systems, ensuring employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and other employment changes.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Monitor and verify employee attendance records and ensure timely resolution of attendance-related discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Administer employee medical benefits, including maintaining panel clinic records, coordinating employee eligibility updates, and processing related administrative matters.
- Assist in the administration of employee disciplinary and employee relations matters, including the preparation of documentation and coordination of related processes.
- Prepare HR reports and support payroll, audit, statutory, and management reporting requirements.
- Coordinate HR administrative activities, including employee onboarding, company events, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR operational support.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
