Human Resources & Administration Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Post job openings on job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
• Screen incoming resumes and applications to match job criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, rejection emails, and onboarding paperwork.
• HR Operations & Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records and databases (HRIS or Excel).
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with gathering payroll data, leave forms, and benefit records. [1, 2]
• Employee Engagement & Training:
• Support the organization of company events, internal communications, and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for employee training sessions and learning materials.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback or survey results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and high discretion for confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus
