HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

• Lead and manage overall HR and administrative functions to support business operations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and talent development initiatives
• Implement and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal cycles
• Supervise office administration, facilities management, and general services
• Manage vendors, procurement, office maintenance, and administrative budgets
• Ensure proper management of company assets, records, and documentation
• Coordinate company events, meetings, logistics, and workplace safety

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements
• Proven experience in payroll, HR systems, and KPI-driven performance management
• Experience in Construction or industrial industry is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
