Human Resources & Administration Manager - Financial Services

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR end-to-end processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
• Develop and implement effective manpower planning, recruitment, C&B strategies and retention, succession planning
• Advise and assist line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
• Review and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with labor regulations, and make suggestions for further improvement
• Coach and guide team members to deliver HR services and solutions to meet the business growth
• Coordinate with Group HR partners to implement corporate policies and initiatives at business unit level
• Supervise and coordinate office leasing, property management, and office renovation
• Manage local vendors / supplier relationships and control administrative expenses

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
• Min 5 years of experience in HR and administration or related fields, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Result-driven, outgoing and dynamic to derive HR solutions, be able to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Mature and independent with ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation, reasoning and influencing skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
