Human Resources & Administration Officer

Hong Kong Employment Development Service (EDS) is a non-government organization under section 88 of the Non-Profit and Inland Revenue Ordinance. We committed to providing professional Employment Counseling and Training Services to the disadvantaged job seekers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions;

To involve in end-to-end staff recruitment cycle, from job advertisement to new staff orientation;

Prepare monthly payrolls, MPF contributions, and administer other staff benefits; &

To assist in staff administration and provide support to the Central Administration Team.

Requirements:
Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associated Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;

At least 1-year hands-on HR working experience, preferably in NGOs;

Familiar with Employment Ordinance, workmen compensation, MPF will be an advantage;

Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and Excel;

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);

Reliable team player, self-motivated and good communication skills.
