Human Resources and Administration Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage onboarding, off-boarding, office adminitrative works while ensuring a high-quality employee experience for our KL based employees. You should be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively suggest process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding to deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint, partnering closely with the HK Admin Specialist for account and equipment setups.
• Partner with and support HRBPs on operational tasks, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities.
• Oversee office administration, managing supplies, tracking costs, and manage vendors.
• Drive process improvements and strive for operational excellence, serving as a key contributor to the overall employee experience and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of well-rounded HR operations and Adminstration experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong, collaborative customer-service mindset and be a helping hand!
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collabration skills.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (preferred but not a must).
