Human Resources & Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Learning & Development operations.
• Develop and implement HR and L&D strategies that support the hotel's operational and business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, and leadership development activities.
• Conduct training needs analyses and implement effective orientation, compliance, operational, and leadership training programs.
• Develop and maintain learning resources, training records, and talent development frameworks.
• Partner with department heads to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and support career development planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, health and safety requirements, and labor relations practices.
• Support workforce planning, labor cost optimization, compensation and benefits administration, and HR budgeting processes.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication, employee well-being initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor and evaluate HR and training effectiveness, providing recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
