About the role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated HR & Recruitment Officer to join our growing team at Mike Steel Construction Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Source qualified applicants for office and construction site positions.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant records, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and project managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks and employee documentation.

About you

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in job portals, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Willing to work in a construction company environment.
