HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT – C&B

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support in Compensation and Benefits functions
• Maintain and update staff records accurately
• Handle staff inquiries on Compensation and Benefits matters
• Support medical benefits administration, including data updating, claims follow up and preparation of regular reports
• Assist in various HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Detail-oriented, well-organized with excellent communication skills
