Responsibilities:

• handle human resources administration duties on staff leave and attendance, benefits and reimbursements, overtime and headcount reporting and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Matriculated graduates / Diploma holders with a few years relevant working experience
• basic knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• a team player who is pleasant, detail-minded and organized, responsible with good common sense and integrity
• able to deliver quality work with high accuracy and work under pressure
• fluent spoken and written English and Chinese with a pass in HKCEE/DSE in English, Chinese and Maths
• proficient in Microsoft Office Word and in particular Excel
