• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration is preferred.

• Assisted in managing daily HR administrative tasks and maintaining accurate employee records.

• Supported the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Prepared HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and onboarding materials.

• Assisted with onboarding new employees by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

• Maintained employee attendance, leave, and personnel records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Assisted in payroll preparation by verifying employee attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related information.

• Responded to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.

• Coordinated employee training programs, engagement activities, and company events.

• Performed general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, preparing reports, and supporting the HR team with daily operations
