Human Resources Assistant

We are the largest Singaporean stockbroker by both market capitalisation and size of sales-force, with an extensive foothold in the regional and global markets. We are looking for qualified individuals to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support across a broad range of HR functions
• Perform HR-system data input, maintain employee, attendance and leave records, organise filing, and prepare standard HR letters and documents
• Support the employee lifecycle by arranging interviews and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least two years of relevant HR or administrative work experience is preferred
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP and PivotTables), and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
• Detail-minded, well organised, able to multitask and work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive team-player attitude
• Able to handle sensitive information carefully and confidentially
