Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll calculation, final payments, leave management, MPF administration covering in Hong Kong and Macau
• Handle annual employer tax return including rental reimbursement scheme
• Responsible for the maintenance of employee information in HR system & leave system
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from screening on CVs to on boarding
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers
• Assist in drafting company notice and letter
• Provide administrative support such as insurance and licenses renewal
• Assist to formulate HR related policies and procedures in compliance with local labour regulations including HK and Macau
• Responsible for HR statistics, organizational charts and analysis reports
• Assist in CSR project
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experiences, preferably in retail industry
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, and other related legislation
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
• Independent, mature, attentive to details, able to deliver timely, quality output and capable of multi-tasking
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with Workday software
• Proficient in computer applications in particular MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
