Human Resources Assistant

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for a high caliber talent to join us in the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Recruitment Manager to excute recruiting activities
• Provide recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview and on-boarding arrangement
• Recommend various recruitment posting channels to reach out to the target candidates
• Responsible in monthly and annually recruitment related reports and develop action plan to achieve recruitment target
• Liaise with various parties/ representatives on the recruitment needs
• Conduct talent search to support recruitment needs and participate in recruitment fairs

Job Requirements:

• University graduate
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience
• Experience in Account Servicing/ People Management/ Human Resources is preferred
• Able to work independently
• Proactive and detail-minded
