Human Resources Assistant

• Assist in posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare pre-employment requirements and support the onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases accurately.
• Provide administrative support in payroll and benefits processing (e.g., attendance reports, leave monitoring, government contributions).
• Assist in handling employee requests, concerns, and documentation related to HR transactions.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement and development activities.
• Help coordinate performance appraisal schedules and compile evaluation results.
• Ensure timely filing and safekeeping of HR documents in compliance with data privacy and company standards.
• Assist in offboarding processes such as exit interviews, clearance preparation, and final pay documentation. Performs other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and Philippine labor laws is preferred.
• Proficient in Ms. Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
