Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Tonwell Security Limited. As a full-time role based in Wan Chai, this position will play a key administrative and support function within our Human Resources department.

What you'll be doing

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee records, updating employee attendance records, managing MPF documents, and assisting with onboarding/ resignation processes
• Calculate monthly payroll compliance with relevant labour laws
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with finance departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably in the security service industry
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Good command of Cantonese. Mandarin skill is a strong plus
• Short Notice or Immediate available is highly preferred
