Human Resources Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support for all-round HR functions

• Assist to handle recruitment, attendance records and leave management

• C&B administration

• Assist to handle payroll administration

• Maintain updated employee records and various HR reports

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Degree in any discipline is a must
• With 1-2 years solid human resources experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, attentive to details and of high work accuracy
• Highly disciplined, polite, willing to learn and responsible
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (vlookup is advantage) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
