Human Resources Assistant

Assist end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels to support current and future hiring needs.

Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on workforce planning and people-related matters.

Manage stakeholder expectations on recruitment progress, market conditions, and hiring timelines.

Support employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations initiatives where required.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and manpower updates.

Collaborate with internal HR teams to drive HR projects, process improvements, and business-focused people initiatives.

Support talent development initiatives, including training coordination, performance management, and employee growth programs.

Handle employee relations matters, including policy advisory, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both written and spoken) — Mandarin is mandatory.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR generalist, or HR business partnering roles.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of employment practices and HR policies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
