About the Role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR administrative activities. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, comfortable speaking with people and enjoys a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and outreach
• Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with candidates
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment-related documentation
• Assist with general HR and administrative tasks
• Prepare simple reports, presentations and internal documents
• Liaise with vendors and assist with company events and activities
• Provide basic coordination and scheduling support to the team
• Assist with occasional social media and company-related activities

What We’re Looking For

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates
• Organised, responsible and able to follow up independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior HR experience required — training will be provided
