About the Role:

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

• Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrollment, and employee data.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, insurance claims, and employee benefits inquiries.
• Employee Communications: Develop and distribute employee communications, such as company-wide emails, memos, and newsletters.
• Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as requested by the HR department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in human resources or related field preferred
• 0 years of experience in human resources or related field
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
