Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing onboarding logistics for new hires.

• HR Operations & C&B: Assist in daily C&B administration, including attendance and leave record management, employee benefits, and maintaining up-to-date personnel data in our cloud-based HR system (HRIS).

• Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing corporate staff activities and annual milestone events, such as the Long Service Award.

• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate personnel filing (P-files), prepare employment-related letters, and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and a proactive team player
• Good teamwork player with good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates who are enthusiastic to develop a career in HR are welcome to apply
