Human Resources Assistant

Qualification - MBA / PGDBM in HR

Preferable - candidates with own vehicle

Key Responsibility: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation accurately

• Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees

• Assist in attendance management and employee database maintenance

• Handle HR operational activities and day-to-day coordination

• Support employee engagement and HR communication activities

• Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle process

• Assist in exit formalities and HR compliance-related tasks

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and documentation accuracy

General Office Administration, Store, Facilities, Canteen, Library, Inventory & Stock maintenance, Vendor Coordination, Employee Support, Team Coordination, Documentation & Back-office activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
