Human Resources Assistant

Abilities Inc. assisted Living is looking for one motivated, dependable candidate to join our team to assist with hiring, recruitment and retention of new hires. This individual will have a background in hiring and recruitment. Expectations will include writing adds. placing ads, networking and job fairs, scheduling and the use of other recruitment tools. Abilities is willing to work with a new graduate or an experienced veteran in the industry. This position can be a full time or part time position and will be built to the specifics of the individual hired. This position will have a bonus structure and the possibility of flexing hours on site and remotely. This will be based on performance of off site work. the job will consist of 16-24 hours weekly.

This role does have the opportunity for growth if the candidate and Abilities agrees.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
