Human Resources Assistant

Timekeeping: Ensure daily monitoring of employee working hours, absences, and leave, and manage timekeeping discrepancies. Occupational Health Management: Co-plan and monitor mandatory employee medical appointments, in conjunction with occupational health services. HR Dashboard Updates: Monitor and update HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, etc.) and contribute to the preparation of regular reports. Filing and Archiving of Personnel Documents: Manage the filing of employee files (contracts, certificates, payslips, etc.) and ensure their regular updating. Administrative Support: Participate in drafting HR documents (contracts, amendments, etc.) and ensure the administrative follow-up of recruitment and departures. Social Security Management: Liaise with social security organizations and other administrative institutions. Participating in internal HR communications: Contributing to the dissemination of internal HR information, such as new procedures or important reminders.

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree in (HR, Management, Law, etc.) 1 to 2 years of experience in HR. Good command of office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
