Job Summary

ABC Trainings is looking for an HR Recruiter to handle recruitment and basic HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Discuss salary, job role, location and other employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Handle joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Support attendance, leave, employee queries and other HR activities.
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently.
