Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assessor Sourcing: Build, manage, and expand a strong national network of freelance Assessors across various sectors and job roles through multiple channels.

Database Management: Maintain an active, location-wise pipeline of potential, onboarded, certified, and deployed Assessors to meet current and anticipated business requirements.

Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end TOA/DOA onboarding lifecycle. Explain requirements, collect and verify documentation, and coordinate approvals with relevant Awarding Bodies / SSCs.

Operations & Reporting: Monitor DOA-pending cases to ensure timely conversion, maintain accurate records of all applications, support Corporate Assessment Business needs, handle MIS reporting, and drive key stakeholder coordination.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
