- Managing payroll, health insurance, leave balance
- Resolving workplace conflicts, handling grievances, organizing team building events
- Ensuring the office and workplace is a safe and conducive environment to carry out work in
- Ensuring company rules follow local labor laws and safety regulations
- HR firewall and safeguarding company against potential threats
