WE ARE HIRING! — HR STAFF

i30 Degree MEPF Construction Inc. is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our team.

POSITION: HR STAFF

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations

Basic knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance

Familiarity with company policies, rules, and employee procedures

Experience in employee records management, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Willing to work onsite in Sto. Tomas, Batangas

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities

Maintain and update employee 201 files, records, and HR documents

Monitor attendance, DTRs, leaves, absences, and other employee concerns

Assist in the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable DOLE and government requirements

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and documentation

Prepare HR reports, notices, memoranda, and other related documents

Assist employees with basic HR concerns and coordinate with management when necessary

Help maintain proper and confidential handling of employee information

Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Head

WORK LOCATION: Brgy. San Pablo, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
WORKING HOURS: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
