Human Resources Assistant

Hi there! We’re not looking for another staff, we’re looking for an actual partner, a partner that we can trust and someone to build our empire alongside us.

Your duties include but may not be limited to:

• Recruitment & Hiring – Source, screen and coordinate interviews for new Takaful Consultants.
• Onboarding & Training – Manage new consultant onboarding and assist with training arrangements.
• HR Administration – Maintain HR records, recruitment data and support daily HR activities.

And only if you’re good enough,

You’ll have the opportunity to cross-train to other roles.

We frown upon the prevalent hire and fire culture as we strongly believe in building long-term partnerships. We’ll train you and you’ll have a clear path of progression because we too, believe in GROWTH. We’ll discuss the finer details of the employment in an old-fashioned interview, cheers!
