Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To provide clerical support to Human Resources Department and Legal Department;
• To assist in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training and development;
• To update and maintain an accurate employees’ database;
• To provide support in general day-to-day HR administration work;
• To maintained the incident-report register;
• To prepare legal-case summaries and responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondences;
• To perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience;
• Good Team player with positive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
