Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately

Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues effectively

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Coordinate performance appraisal processes

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll support

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Organize employee engagement activities and training programs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

0-2 years of experience in HR or similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
