HR Payroll Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of employees’ payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely release of salaries.
• Assist in computing salaries, overtime pay, deductions, allowances, and other employee compensation.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll records and employee-related documents.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of government-mandated contributions and other payroll-related reports.
• Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding salary, payslips, deductions, and other payroll concerns.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or any related course.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR administrative work is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of payroll computation, timekeeping, and Philippine labor standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City, Monday to Friday.ate employee attendance, timekeeping records, overtime, absences, tardiness, and other payroll

Pay: Php19,900.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
