Human Resources Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR Coordinator . The ideal candidate would be willing to learn or already have acquired skills to support employee relations, and foster a positive work environment. This position has flexible days and hours and can be performed on-site at our Upper St. Clair office and/or remotely. This position would allow the candidate to develop expertise in human resources management within a dynamic organizational setting.

Duties

• Provide assistance to the HR Coordinator
• Support onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy through employee updates
• Assist in organizing training & development sessions to support HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and confidentiality necessary for managing staff while maintaining attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Familiarity with social media management for employer branding or recruitment campaigns (preferred)
