Job Role: HR Executive – Recruitment & Hiring

Job Responsibilities: - Source and recruit suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and schedule interviews. - Screen resumes and shortlist eligible candidates. - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining. - Handle basic HR activities, including candidate records, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reports. - Maintain professional communication with candidates and the management team. Eligibility: - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR activities is an advantage. - Ability to identify suitable candidates and coordinate the hiring process.
