Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to the Human Resources Department
• Assist HR Manager to perform all HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll administration and employee benefits matters
• Handle business correspondence, email, incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries
• Manage and maintain accurate record & filing system
• Being responsible for project management.
• Performing outdoor site checks weekly.
• Assist any ad hoc assignments

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or above.
• +1 year Experience in HR is an advantage, but not MUST.
• Familiar with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Good typing skills in Chinese word processing
• Proactive, responsible, good problem-solving skills and adaptive to fast changing environment
• Good communication skills, patiently manages different users' needs.
• Good common of written and spoken Cantonese

Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 from Mondays to Fridays including 1 hour meal time
