We are hiring now for an HR Assistant Recruiter to source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles. This is a full-time, permanent position with steady weekday hours and clear monthly pay.

Job Details

• Pay: approx. RD$48,000/month (RD$250.00+/hour)
• Location: Onsite in Santiago, DR; candidates must live in or near Santiago, DR
• Expats: Welcome! Expats living in or near Santiago, DR are encouraged to apply.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST (day shift)
• Type: Full-time, permanent; urgent hire

What You'll Do

• Source talent: Find candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Screen by phone: Assess each candidate's fit against the role requirements.
• Schedule interviews: Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep records: Update the tracking system with accurate candidate details.

What You Need

• English: Advanced (required)
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills (required)
• Calls: Comfortable making calls and doing candidate outreach (required)
• Location: Live in or near Santiago, DR (required)
• Work style: Organized, proactive and persistent; able to work independently and manage multiple candidates (required)
• Experience: 2+ years of recent recruiting or sourcing experience (preferred); HR or staffing administration experience also counts
• Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (preferred)
