What they need
Responsibilities:
- Perform job advertisement, screening, selection & interview
- Prepare HR letters and maintain HR policy
- Conduct staff orientation and training
- Maintain employee database
- Calculate salary and process payroll using Million system & Excel
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Liaise with the Government authority, HR related agency and foreign worker agency
- Assist Human Resources Executive in day-to-day operations
