Human Resources Assistant Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Human Resources Supervisor or Managerial role in manufacturing company
- Proven experience managing end- to- end HR & GA functions (recruitment , payroll & HR administration, employee & industrial relations, development, asset maintenance) and Pest Control
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical, critical and strategic thinking skills.
