What they need
- Provide support in the smooth facilitation of the hiring process to ensure immediate integration of the incoming employee to organization culture
- Arrange preparations of program logistics to ensure smooth implementation of training/employee engagement programs:
- Administer Post-Activity Evaluation Form; summarize result and submit for proper assessment to ensure ROI and that objectives are met.
- File and update employee training records to ensure availability for performance appraisal and for other related purposes
- Set-up and maintain employee HRIS account to ensure internal control for the accurate disbursements of salary and wages in accordance with company policies and procedures and government regulations
- As may be directed, check other payroll data/report accomplished by other associates to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Administer company benefit programs in compliance with government regulations and established company policies
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Employee Personnel Files (201); create employee record upon hiring and continuously update to ensure immediate availability of employee information when needed
- Prepare required employee reports/ documentation with complete and accurate information (e.g., Employment Certificate, clearance, etc)
- Prepare attendance and other related report to provide management with reliable basis to support employee discipline recommendations
- Monitor attendance-related violation, provide report accordingly
- Prepare disciplinary action memo (for minor offenses) as directed by officer-in-charge; ensure that it is appropriately received by concerned employees.
