What they need
The HR Associate contributes to the company’s success by providing assistance and support in the execution of all HR activities related to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee and Labor Relations, and Performance Management System. The position shall likewise assist in the document processing and administrative requirements of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management, with at least 1 year as HR Generalist, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literate
