Human Resources Associate

We are partnering with a law firm seeking an HR Associate. The HR Associate will support employees with all HR-related matters and serve as an ambassador of the firm culture. The ideal candidate has a background in recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Post open jobs, review resumes, source, and interview potential job candidates
• Review, interpret, and update policies and procedures
• Assist with answering benefit questions, conducting research as needed.
• Onboard all new employees and coordinate new hire orientations
• Liaise and work closely with PEO
• Update and maintain HRIS, databases, and spreadsheets
• Assist with employee relations issues
• Coordinate firm-wide wellness and engagement events
• Assist with project-related or administrative work on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

• 1-4 yrs’ experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor

Preferred Skills:

• HR experience at a recruiting agency, law firm, or financial services firm preferred

Compensation: $75,000-85,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
