Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our team at StarClinch. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles.

• Schedule and conduct initial rounds of interviews.

• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the ATS software.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding formalities.

• Handle exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding.

• Assign necessary assets to new joiners.

• Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation.

• Support employee engagement activities and work culture initiatives.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

• Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

• Experience with Job portals like Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed are preferred.

• Knowledge of Zoho and GreytHR (preferred but not mandatory).
