Human Resources Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Associate with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR files.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.
• Assist with employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
• Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Location: Lahore (On-site)
• Pick & Drop: Available
