Role Description The Human Resources Associate – Compensation and Benefits is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. This role is responsible for administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and company-sponsored benefits. The associate will maintain accurate employee records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor regulations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries, supporting HR documentation and data management, and assisting with HR projects related to employee engagement and total rewards. The role collaborates with other HR team members and cross-functional departments to help ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processes and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, data management, and the use of HR information systems or related software tools.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Understanding of labor laws and basic HR policies, with an interest in continuous learning in HR practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in an HR, payroll, or benefits-related role is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
