Your new role

As the HR Associate, you will provide hands on HR and talent administration for the D.C. office while reporting to the HR Manager. You will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits inputs, learning programs, performance cycles, compliance, and employee engagement. This is an office-based position in Washington, D.C.

What you will need to succeed

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, people operations, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
• Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leave, and offboarding
• Experience using an HRIS such as BambooHR, or the ability to learn new HR systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring HR activities
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, trackers, employee data, and routine reporting
• Professional communication skills, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential employee information.
