Human Resources Associate - Recruitment

• Coordinates and executes the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely fulfillment and placement of manpower requirements.
• Coordinates with external recruitment partners and agencies to manage manpower pipelines, schedule interviews, and track updates on endorsed candidates.
• Conducts initial applicant screenings, gathers interview feedback, and administers, scores, and interprets pre-employment assessments to determine candidate viability.
• Refers shortlisted candidates hiring managers and requisitioning departments for technical and final interview rounds.
• Maintains consistent communication with candidates regarding their application status and issues pre-employment requirement checklists to successful hires.
• Prepares and submits weekly recruitment status reports to keep management and hiring managers updated on candidate pipelines and fill rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Business Management, or Any Related Courses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and well-organized
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
